At the beginning of this year, I stumble across a site name Life by Design, and it has been my downfall ever since. For the past four months, I have read countless articles, books, and ebooks about my AFC habits. Now, it's time to put to practice what I think I have learned and KILL THE AFC IN ME !!! I can pretty much gaurantee that this will be bizarre, funny, and at times pathetic. So welcome to my journey from AFC to a Man.
